Maple Blueberry Rice Yogurt
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Prepare the Yogurt
Blend the maple syrup into your rice yogurt after fermentation. -
Fold in the Blueberries
Gently fold in the blueberries. -
Chill and Serve
Chill in the refrigerator and enjoy the burst of sweet and tart flavours.
Note: You can use mixed berries for a different twist.
Tips
- Use fresh blueberries for the best flavour.
- Mash some of the blueberries for a more intense berry flavour throughout the yogurt.
