Maple Blueberry Rice Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Yogurt
    Blend the maple syrup into your rice yogurt after fermentation.

  2. Fold in the Blueberries
    Gently fold in the blueberries.

  3. Chill and Serve
    Chill in the refrigerator and enjoy the burst of sweet and tart flavours.

Note: You can use mixed berries for a different twist.

Tips

  • Use fresh blueberries for the best flavour.
  • Mash some of the blueberries for a more intense berry flavour throughout the yogurt.
