🍖 Air Fryer Chinese BBQ Pork Neck (Char Siu)

🧂 Ingredients

  • 500g pork neck, sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
  • 1 tsp five-spice powder

🔪 Instructions

  1. Marinate pork for at least 4 hours.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  3. Cook for 15 minutes, flip, and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
  4. Baste with remaining marinade during cooking.
  5. Rest before slicing.
