🧂 Ingredients
- 500g pork neck, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 1 tsp five-spice powder
🔪 Instructions
- Marinate pork for at least 4 hours.
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Cook for 15 minutes, flip, and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
- Baste with remaining marinade during cooking.
- Rest before slicing.
