🧂 Ingredients
- 1kg pork shoulder or loin
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 1 tsp five-spice powder
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
🔪 Instructions
- Combine all marinade ingredients.
- Marinate pork overnight.
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C (360°F).
- Cook for 20 minutes.
- Increase temperature to 200°C (400°F), baste with honey, and cook for another 5-10 minutes until caramelized.
- Rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
